- This MDF board is perfectly compatible with the Genmitsu 4040 RENO CNC Router Kit and serves as a Y-axis extension board. Additionally, it can function as a replacement MDF spoilboard for the machine. Each parcel includes a single piece of MDF measuring 975 x 220 x 15mm (38.4” x 8.7” x 0.6”).
- For a working area of X-400 x Y-800mm, simply use two MDF spoilboards. Upgrade to a spacious X-600 x Y-800mm, three pieces of 2080 MDF board are required. Remember to purchase the XY-axis aluminum extension profile kit separately to fully equip your extended workspace.
- With its dense composition, MDF offers increased weight, enhancing its strength and durability for prolonged use.
- The flat and smooth surface of the MDF board ensures stability during cutting operations and makes it easy to resurface when necessary.
- Featuring pre-installed threaded inserts, this spoilboard facilitates the attachment of clamps and fixtures with ease. Additionally, pre-drilled holes simplify the installation process, ensuring a hassle-free setup.
