Key Accountabilities:

  • Interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products or services. Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, aiming for customer satisfaction.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to assist customers effectively.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed to ensure a positive resolution
  • Providing feedback on customer issues and suggesting improvements in products, processes, or services to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

  • Potential to wfh after 3 month of service
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
