Key Accountabilities:

  • Organizing and managing the employer’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Providing administrative support such as drafting documents, preparing presentations, and maintaining files and records.
  • Prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure efficient time management and productivity for the employer.
  • Assisting with special projects or initiatives as assigned by the employer.
  • Being adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle unexpected tasks or situations efficiently.

Job Requirements :

  • Fresh Graduate is welcomed.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Interpersonal effectiveness
  • Communication & problem solving skill
  • Own transportation is needed
