Key Accountabilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and negotiating terms and pricing to secure favorable agreements.
• Conducting cost analysis and price comparisons to ensure the organization gets the best value for money.
• Monitoring the quality of purchased goods or materials to ensure they meet the organization’s standards.
• Forecasting demand and planning purchases accordingly to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
• Generating reports on purchasing activities, expenditures, and supplier performance for management review.
• Continuously evaluating and improving purchasing processes and strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
