Key Accountabilities:

• Providing creative direction and leadership to junior designers and team members, guiding them in developing innovative design solutions.
• Overseeing visual branding initiatives, including the creation and maintenance of brand identities, style guides, and design standards across all projects and platforms.
• Interacting directly with clients, presenting design concepts, gathering feedback, and incorporating revisions to meet client expectations and project requirements.
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketers, writers, developers, and other designers, to achieve cohesive and integrated design solutions.
• Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously innovate and enhance design capabilities and effectiveness.
